Education Counselors to guide and support students in choosing the right educational and career pathways abroad. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in student counseling, preferably in the study abroad or overseas education domain.- Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education options, especially for countries like USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
- Understand student profiles and match them with suitable universities and courses.
- Explain admission processes, documentation requirements, and application timelines clearly.
- Handle inbound calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups regularly.
- Support the end-to-end application process including visa guidance and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, SOP drafting, and university applications.
- Track each lead in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up.
- Lead Generation / Inquiry
- Incoming leads from marketing, TPOs, or direct walk-ins
- Initial Counselling
- Profile assessment (academics, budget, goals)
- Country/course recommendation
- Shortlisting Universities / Colleges

- Guide on financial docs, DS-160, GTE, etc.
- Mock visa interviews (if needed)
- Pre-Departure Assistance
- Briefing on travel, accommodation, insurance, etc.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in education counseling or overseas admission consulting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in handling student queries and resolving concerns.
- Familiarity with university application portals and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work towards student conversion goals.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
