Job Description: Electrical Design Engineer

Techfour Engineering Solution is an Engineering Design and consultancy firm involved in MEP Design Services, and engineering auditors is currently looking for an Electrical Engineer.

Candidate must be an Engineering Graduate with a min of 5+ years of experience. Applicant must be able to demonstrate an established career in residential, commercial, industrial & Hospitality design specific to Design and Construction documentation with familiarity of design codes and references.

Job Location: Mohan Co-operative Industrial Area, Sarita Vihar New Delhi-110044.

Education:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in hands-on electrical systems engineering design including calculations to complete electrical systems analysis, design and report writing.
  
• Excel, PowerPoint presentation, Dialux and MS Word.
  
• Must have complete familiarity with NEC, IEC & NBC codes.
  
• Knowledge of ELV, MV & LV design standards
  
• Must have a capability on Electrical load calculation, sizing of switch gear based on the fault levels, cable schedules, voltage drop & Earthing Calculation.
  
• Calculation & selection of equipment viz Substation Equipment, UPS, Transformer, DG�s.
  
• Experience and understanding on ELV Design, LPS, FAS, Data Voice & CCTV.
  
• Experience in working with and creating SLD, DB detailing & wiring diagrams.
  
• Knowledge on IBMS & Building automation would be an advantage.
  
• Must possess the ability to do site visits to assess complete electrical work done by the contractor.
  
• Some travel required.
  

Responsibilities:

• Able to lead the electrical design on a multi-discipline project.
  
• Must be able to create and assemble a complete set of electrical design documents.
  
• Review and audit construction specifications in Master Spec and Specs Intact.
  
• Assist in mentoring the design activities of drafting team to verify that quality controls and project criteria are met and within budget.
