We're looking for a motivated and dynamic

Operations Engineer with a passion for sales to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be the bridge between our technical operations and our customer-facing sales efforts. You'll use your engineering expertise to understand our products and services on a deep level, enabling you to effectively communicate their value to potential clients, solve their technical problems, and drive business growth.


Job Description :-


  • System Design & Optimization: Work with the engineering team to design and optimize solar PV systems (rooftop, ground-mount, etc.), ensuring maximum energy production and efficiency. Use software like PVsyst or Helioscope to model system performance and create detailed technical proposals.
  • Feasibility & Site Assessment: Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate a client's location for solar viability, considering factors like solar irradiance, shading, roof condition, and electrical infrastructure.
  • Project Management Support: Provide technical support to the project management and construction teams during the implementation phase, responding to RFIs (Requests for Information) and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational procedures for the maintenance and monitoring of installed solar systems to ensure their long-term reliability and performance.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare and review detailed engineering plans, specifications, and technical documentation for solar installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Technical Sales & Pre-Sales Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, delivering persuasive presentations and product demonstrations that explain the technical benefits and value of our solar solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential solar projects, outlining system specifications, cost-savings analyses, and projected return on investment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their energy needs and providing ongoing technical support and consultation.
  • Business Development: Identify and qualify sales leads, manage the sales pipeline, and actively work to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging solar technologies, and regulatory changes to better position our company's offerings in the market. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience in a technical operations, project engineering, or a sales engineering role.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
