Job Description* Ensure end-to-end monitoring of nightly batch processing cycles. Identify any failures, delays, or irregularities and take timely actions to minimize business impact.
- Log all batch-related issues and incidents accurately in the JIRA system. Track and update ticket statuses and follow escalation procedures as needed.
- Regularly update and maintain the knowledge repository with known issues, resolution steps, SOPs to support consistent and efficient operations.
- Work closely with L2 technical support and other internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve batch failures or system issues. Ensure timely communication and collaboration for smooth incident handling.
- Assist in the configuration and validation of active batch processes for onboarding new clients. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth setup and transition.
