2. Role Overview:

India’s leading digital payments and financial services platform, is looking for motivated and dedicated Field Sales Executives. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy working in the field, and are eager to contribute to the digital growth of local merchants.

3. Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local markets and onboard merchants to the Paytm platform
  
• Promote and activate Paytm�s products (QR Code, Soundbox, Wallet, etc.)
  
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants and retailers
  
• Drive consistent usage and product activation in assigned areas
  
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  
• Collect feedback from the market and suggest improvements
  
• Submit regular field activity reports

4. Candidate Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: 10th Pass and Above (Graduation is an advantage)
  
• Experience: 0�2 years in field sales (Freshers are welcome)
  
• Skills Required:
  

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills

o Sales-driven with a customer-first attitude

o Ability to work independently in the field

• Other Requirements:
  

o Must own a smartphone

o Two-wheeler (preferred)

o Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
