- Responsible for supervising and coordinating the team for cable installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Ensure timely and efficient execution of fiber splicing and fault rectification.
- Good knowledge of optical fiber splicing, OTDR testing, data loss detection, and use of optical power meter.
- Monitor team performance, provide technical support, and maintain quality standards.
- Manage safety protocols for work-at-height and ladder handling.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Candidates from Pondicherry or nearby areas are preferred.
