Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in General Insurance or Commercial Insurance (mandatory).
At least 2+ years of proven team handling experience (mandatory).
Strong understanding of insurance processes, compliance, and customer handling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in the BPO/KPO industry preferred.
Proficient in MIS reporting, KPI tracking, and day-to-day process operations.
Should be comfortable with night shifts and working in a dynamic, performance-driven
