Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our growing aluminium systems division. This is a structured training opportunity that includes rotations across key departments such as Estimation, Design, Production, and Sales Coordination.

After completion of training and performance evaluation, successful candidates will be absorbed into a suitable role.

Key Responsibilities:

Undergo training in Estimation, Design, Production & Sales departments

Study SOPs and understand cross-departmental workflows

Assist in creating BOQs, technical drawings, and fabrication coordination

Learn aluminium profiles, project execution, and product standards

Work with ERP tools and reporting systems

Coordinate with team members on project or sales requirements

Present learnings and progress to mentors weekly

Required Candidate Profile:

B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical / Civil / relevant disciplines

Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in a technical + operations-driven environment

Basic understanding of AutoCAD / SolidWorks / MS Excel

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to adapt and work in cross-functional teams

Passion to grow in aluminium faà§ade/window system industry

Education:

UG: B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical, Civil, Production or similar fields

PG: Not mandatory
