- Supervise and manage daily operations of the assigned hospital floor
- Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, nurses, and support staff
- Monitor patient care services, housekeeping, and maintenance standards
- Handle patient and attendant queries, concerns, and escalations
- Ensure proper staff grooming, discipline, and adherence to duty timings
- Maintain all patient care records and floor documentation accurately
- Ensure emergency protocols, infection control, and safety standards are followed
- Coordinate with pharmacy, diagnostics, billing, and other departments as needed
- Conduct regular rounds to assess floor condition and staff performance
- Manage and report any incidents, grievances, or complaints promptly
- Bachelor�s Degree in Nursing or Hospital Administration preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital floor operations or nursing supervision
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required
