Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive with 3–4 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling core HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and performance management. Familiarity with the real estate industry’s work culture and manpower requirements is essential.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales, site, and back-office roles
  • Coordinate interviews, screening, and shortlisting candidates
  • Conduct induction and onboarding for new hires
  • Employee Relations
  • Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner
  • Foster a positive workplace environment and improve employee satisfaction
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives
  • HR Operations
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, documentation, and compliance with statutory requirements
  • Administer HR policies and ensure adherence across teams
  • Performance Management
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process and KPI tracking
  • Support managers in setting goals and providing feedback
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Manage documentation for PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory components
  • Coordinate with external consultants for audits or inspections


Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor�s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3�4 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.gGreytHR)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience in managing sales team HR needs
  • Familiarity with site-level operations and field workforce management
  • Exposure to HR analytics and reporting


Salary: As per industry standardsReporting To: HR Manager / Head – HR


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,646.52 per month
