Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, located in Kochi. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include performance management, employee training and development, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
Strong people management and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the beauty or service industry is a plus
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
