Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven HR Executive with a focus on talent acquisition to help scale our growing team. The candidate will manage sourcing, shortlisting, and coordination for hiring across multiple departments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand job openings and requirements.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker regularly.
  • Draft job descriptions and post job ads across platforms.
  • Handle onboarding process for new hires including documentation.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor�s degree in HR or any relevant field.
  • Proven experience in recruiting IT/Non-IT positions.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
