Traya was created with a global vision to create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatise it while empathizing with the customers that it has an emotional and psychological impact. Most importantly, to combine 3 different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy and Nutrition) to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients.
We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our growing HR team in Mumbai. The role is focused on end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to fulfill business needs efficiently and effectively.
1. Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates across functions
2. Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Angellist, and other innovative channels
3. Conduct initial screening calls to assess fitment and coordinate with hiring managers
4. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
5. Maintain and update candidate pipelines, trackers, and hiring dashboards
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines
7. Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring as required
1. 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment
2. Proven ability to independently manage multiple roles and deliver quality hires within deadlines
3. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
4. Familiarity with ATS tools and hiring platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri)
5. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory
