We are seeking skilled and compassionate ICU Doctors with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our multidisciplinary team at a leading multi-specialty hospital in Arakonam, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality critical care services to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, working collaboratively with a team of specialists, nurses, and support staff.
- Provide continuous medical care and management to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor, assess, and treat patients with life-threatening conditions.
- Collaborate with consultants and specialists across disciplines for coordinated care.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates of patient records.
- Participate in ICU rounds, case discussions, and clinical audits.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies in the ICU and other hospital areas as needed.
- Supervise and support junior doctors and nursing staff in critical care management.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and ICU best practices for patient safety and infection control.
- MBBS with relevant postgraduate qualification (MD/DNB/DA in Anesthesiology, General Medicine, Pulmonology, or Critical Care preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU/critical care settings.
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to work in 12-hour rotational shifts.
