We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
Industrial Engineer to join our SMT (Surface Mount Technology) operations team. The ideal candidate will have 0–1 year of experience and a Mechanical Engineering background, with working knowledge of CAD tools and an eagerness to grow in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.- Assist in analyzing and optimizing production workflows and layouts for SMT processes.
- Support time and motion studies to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to capacity planning, line balancing, and production scheduling.
- Utilize CAD tools for layout design, workstation planning, and equipment placement.
- Monitor production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Support documentation of process standards, work instructions, and SOPs.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards on the shop floor.
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- 0�1 year of experience in the SMT industry or related manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of industrial engineering concepts such as lean manufacturing and line balancing.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and process-driven environment.
