We are looking for an experienced and driven Relationship Manager to join our Health & Life Insurance sales team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of proven experience in selling life and/or health insurance products.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for health and life insurance policies , also preferred property and corporate insurances.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals
- Achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Follow up on policy renewals and manage post-sale service
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales (life or health)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- willing to travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
