We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Chat Support team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service (preferably in international chat support), excellent written communication skills, and a flexible attitude toward working night shifts and rotational offs.
- Handle customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer�s complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution
- Follow up with customers where necessary to ensure resolution
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards
- Meet daily and monthly performance metrics and targets
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalated issues
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Good typing speed (minimum 30�35 WPM) with accuracy
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRMs is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Flexible to work night shifts and rotational weekly offs
- Experience in an international BPO/KPO environment
- Knowledge of US/UK cultural context
- Graduate or undergraduate with strong command of English
