Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor (9-10 years) to conduct precise land measurements and mapping for various projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in using modern surveying equipment and software. Candidates from Ludhiana with their own vehicle are preferred. Having a personal surveying machine will be considered a plus. Salary is no bar for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using advanced surveying tools and equipment.
- Analyze and interpret survey data to prepare detailed reports and maps.
- Measure distances, angles, and elevations accurately for project planning.
- Work with engineers, architects, and construction teams for site development.
- Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Use GPS, Total Station, and other surveying instruments for precise measurements.
- Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and documentation.
- Identify land boundaries and property lines to prevent disputes.
- Travel to different project locations as required.
Qualification & Experience:
Education: Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 9-10 years of professional experience in land surveying.
Skills: Proficiency in using Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and GIS software must
Location: Candidates must be from Ludhiana.
Other Requirements: Must have own vehicle (mandatory). Own surveying machine is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
