We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and manage our HR function. This position requires a hands-on leader who can align HR practices with business objectives, manage daily HR functions, and build a strong organizational culture.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the HR function across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management
  • Partner with leadership to align workforce planning with business goals
  • Build HR processes, SOPs, and organizational policies
  • Lead initiatives for employee development, training, and retention
  • Drive company culture and values across departments
  • Manage attendance, benefits administration & all aspects of HR role efficiently


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience - preferably in IPR or legal sector(Not mandatory)
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and policy development
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to manage 2-3 associates under him/her


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
