Manager - Machining

As a Manager in the Machine Shop at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will lead and oversee daily operations within the machining area, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and efficient production processes. Candidates should have a general experience spanning between 5 to 10 years in a manufacturing or engineering setting, with a clear focus on machining processes. This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of machine operations, management of manufacturing teams, and capability in coordinating complex projects. Effective leadership skills and the ability to communicate and implement strategies across different levels of the organisation are key facets of general experience.

Critical experience includes a proven track record in:* Leading machining operations in the automotive or similar industry, showcasing effective team management and project execution.

• Implementing quality control measures, including Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies.
