- Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Marketing.
- Basic computer knowledge � MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word), Internet browsing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Honest, hardworking, and result-driven individual.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Male or female candidates can apply.
- Candidates residing nearby location preferred.
- Visit existing customers in nearby areas to promote new products and generate additional business.
- Develop new customer base by sending introductory emails, visiting clients, and showcasing products and capabilities.
- Handle customer queries effectively and provide solutions.
- Address customer complaints related to dispatched materials and ensure timely resolution.
- Submit technical documents and assist in bill collection from clients.
- Regular follow-up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports such as:
- Enquiries vs Quotations vs Orders Received
- Monthly Achieved Sales Turnover
- Customer Complaints and Feedback
- Conduct SPANCO analysis to evaluate sales funnel performance.
