We are looking for a dynamic and creative
Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the building materials sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competitive landscape.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote products to target customers.
- Coordinate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and suggestions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in building materials or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
