We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Marketing Manager to lead and expand our job order textile wet processing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, and ensuring efficient coordination between clients and the processing plant. You will play a critical role in driving growth in pre-treatment, dyeing, and finishing operations for both narrow and wider width fabrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Client Acquisition:
  
• Identify and onboard potential customers for job order processing (exporters, converters, garment manufacturers, etc.).
  
• Promote the company�s processing capabilities in pre-treatment, dyeing, and finishing.
  
• Target customers handling cotton, polyester, viscose, blends, and specialized fabrics.
  
• Customer Relationship Management:
  
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the production/quality teams.
  
• Understand customer requirements in terms of fabric type, shade, hand feel, and delivery schedules.
  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business.
  
• Order Management & Coordination:
  
• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality control teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of orders.
  
• Monitor the status of ongoing jobs and communicate updates to clients.
  
• Resolve any customer complaints or quality concerns quickly and effectively.
  
• Market Intelligence & Strategy:
  
• Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and demand shifts in textile processing.
  
• Provide insights to management for strategic decisions and pricing policies.
  
• Reporting & Documentation:
  
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, job orders, pricing, and feedback.
  
• Provide weekly/monthly reports to senior management on business performance.
  

Key Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Textile Technology, Textile Chemistry, or a related field. MBA in Marketing is a plus.
  
• Experience: Minimum 5�10 years of relevant experience in marketing job work services in wet processing (pre-treatment, dyeing, finishing).
  
• Knowledge:
  
• Strong understanding of dyeing and finishing processes across cotton, blends, and synthetics.
  
• Familiarity with processing parameters for both narrow and wider width fabric.
  
• Skills:
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Good coordination and time management skills.
  
• Language: Proficiency in English and Tamil is preferred.
  

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidate currently based in or willing to relocate to SIPCOT Perundurai or nearby areas.
  
• Existing client network in Tamil Nadu/ South India textile clusters is a strong advantage.
  

Salary:

Commensurate with experience. Attractive incentives for business generation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
