- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle HR operations, employee relations, and compliance
- Assist in payroll, attendance, and statutory documentation
- Implement HR policies, training, and performance management systems
- Maintain records and coordinate with department heads for HR support
- Strong knowledge of HR practices in a manufacturing or pharma environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools
- Willing to work from plant location full-time
