Role & Responsibilities: The Lead Engineer is a senior technical leadership position responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of boiler systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, Indian & international regulations, and company policies.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and technicians.
- Conduct feasibility studies, conceptual design, and detailed engineering.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IBR, ASME, API, EN).
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., manufacturing, procurement) and external partners (e.g., contractors, suppliers).
- Develop and maintain boiler design standards and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Communicate technical information to stakeholders (e.g., customers, sales teams).
- Develop technical documentation (e.g., manuals, datasheets). . Mentor and develop junior engineers
