- Provide primary medical care and emergency treatment to employees.
- Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and other statutory medical examinations.
- Maintain health records and ensure compliance with Factory Act and other legal norms.
- Guide the health team (nurse, paramedic) and oversee OHC operations.
- Assist in health awareness programs and workplace wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate with local hospitals and authorities during medical emergencies.
