Primary Responsibilities
1. Maintaining Office Cleanliness: Keeping the office premises clean and tidy, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
2. Delivering Documents and Packages: Delivering documents, packages, and other items to various departments and offices.
3. Assisting Staff: Providing general assistance to staff members, such as fetching files, photocopying documents, and sending faxes.
4. Managing Office Supplies: Replenishing office supplies, such as stationery, tea, coffee, and other essentials.
Secondary Responsibilities
1. Receiving and Directing Visitors: Receiving visitors, directing them to the relevant departments, and providing general information.
2. Answering Phone Calls: Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the relevant staff members.
3. Maintaining Office Equipment: Ensuring that office equipment, such as photocopiers and printers, is in good working order.
4. Running Errands: Running errands, such as going to the post office, bank, or other external locations.
5. Assisting with Events: Assisting with events, such as meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
General Requirements
1. Good Communication Skills: Having good communication skills to interact with staff, visitors, and external parties.
2. Attention to Detail: Having attention to detail to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
3. Physical Ability: Being physically fit to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
4. Teamwork: Working collaboratively with other staff members to achieve office goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
