Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues related to equipment quality, service, and other concerns.
  • Work closely with the inventory manager and team to monitor and maintain inventory.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints; suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and work hours.
  • Visit clients for feedback collection and invoice-related matters.
  • Maintain relationships with key vendors and operational partners.
  • Review, approve, and process operational invoices; ensure timely payments and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Analyze and improve workflows, processes, and overall operational efficiency.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
