Role: Order Fulfilment Executive
Experience: Fresher – 2 Years
Languages Required: Kannada (Fluent) , English
Skills Needed: Basic Excel, Vendor Coordination, Negotiation Skills
Key Responsibilities:Accurately process customer orders based on the confirmed scopeCoordinate with city leads and vendors for timely pickup, shipping, and deliveryTrack order status and ensure timely fulfilmentLiaise with logistics partners/couriers for dispatches, pickups, and POD collectionCheck item condition during dispatch/return; manage damage or loss reportsMonitor rented assets and ensure timely return and reconciliationCommunicate proactively about delays, updates, or delivery changesMaintain records of orders, dispatches, and delivery documentationWork with sales and customer service to prioritise urgent ordersFollow all SLAs, safety, and quality standards
