Minimum Qualifications:


  • 12th Pass (with result in hand), Graduate, or Undergraduate
  • Age: 18 to 34 years
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years sales experience


Language Requirements:


  • Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)


Job Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to students using provided leads.
  • Brief prospects about Frankfinn courses and encourage them to attend free career counselling sessions.
  • Explain course details, fee structures, placement support, and career outcomes.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand student aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
  • Convert leads into confirmed admissions through persuasive communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and admissions.
