Qualifications and Experience
ï‚· Graduates with 1 to 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting
ï‚· Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.

ï‚· Proficiency in computer systems

Job Duties
ï‚· Patient registration: Collecting patient demographic information, insurance details,
and other necessary paperwork.
ï‚· Insurance verification: Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining authorizations as
needed.
ï‚· Scheduling appointments: Scheduling appointments with physicians or other
healthcare providers.
ï‚· Answering phone calls: Responding to inquiries and directing callers to appropriate
departments.
ï‚· Data entry: Entering patient information into the hospital's electronic medical records
system.
ï‚· Billing: Assisting with billing procedures and insurance claims.
ï‚· Coordination: Coordinating with other departments, such as nursing and medical
records, to ensure smooth patient flow.
ï‚· Problem-solving: Addressing patient concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
