We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Product Manager to lead our retail product initiatives in the Sales & Marketing department. The role involves strategic planning, product lifecycle management, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product success in the competitive retail market. The ideal candidate should have strong business development skills, leadership capabilities, and an in-depth understanding of market trends and customer needs.- Develop and execute strategic product plans aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and monitor competitor activities.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless product execution.
- Analyze product performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive product positioning strategies.
- Support sales teams with product knowledge and promotional initiatives.
