customized electroplating and surface treatment plants, including anodizing, phosphating, and automation turnkey systems. We serve a wide range of industrial sectors across India and abroad.We are expanding our team to strengthen our
pre-sales, estimation, and proposal activities. Timely and accurate submission of quotations and tenders is crucial for our business. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Proposal Engineer who can manage technical and commercial offers and help us improve business conversions.- Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations as per client requirements
- Analyze customer specifications, technical drawings, and tender documents
- Collaborate with the sales, costing, and design teams to generate proposals
- Create detailed BOQs, costing sheets, and techno-commercial documents
- Participate in Government/PSU tenders:
- Prepare bid documents and forms
- Upload documents on e-portals like GeM, CPPP, etc.
- Handle post-bid clarifications, compliance responses, and client negotiations
- Maintain proposal records, revisions history, and submission trackers
- Ensure all offers align with electroplating, automation, and SCADA standards
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech � Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 3 to 6 years in proposal/estimation/pre-sales in a manufacturing or industrial equipment company
- Preferred Industry: Surface Treatment, Electroplating, Automation, Industrial Machinery
- Technical Skills:
- Strong in reading engineering drawings
- Excel costing sheets and BOQ preparation
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF tools)
- Government e-Tendering (GeM, CPPP, etc.)
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good coordination and communication
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
