We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic
Psychologist to support the mental wellness and emotional needs of our students. This role requires conducting individual and group counselling sessions, organizing wellness programs, and being actively involved in addressing student concerns across multiple centres.- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for students
- Visit Pathfinder centres regularly to ensure mental health support is accessible to all
- Identify behavioural, emotional, and psychological issues affecting student performance
- Provide psychological first aid and early intervention
- Design and lead student wellness programs, seminars, and workshops
- Collaborate with faculty and academic staff to support students' emotional and academic success
- Maintain confidential records and prepare basic reports
- Bachelor's or Master�s Degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychology preferred)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with teenagers and young adults
- Flexibility and willingness to travel across Pathfinder centres
