- Prior experience (2�4 years) in garment/textile quality control, preferably with small-batch, craft-based or inclusive production units
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric behavior, and quality assurance practices
- Ability to read and interpret tech packs and design specifications
- Excellent interpersonal and team coordination skills, especially in working with persons with disabilities
- Patience, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfort with using basic digital tools for tracking and documentation
- Fluency in Hindi and/or Marathi preferred; basic spoken English required
