Quality Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in machining processes, documentation, and process improvement techniques.- Develop, implement, and monitor Control Plans to ensure consistent quality and process stability.
- Prepare and maintain process-related documentation in line with industry and customer requirements.
- Interpret and analyze technical drawings and specifications for process planning.
- Apply practical machining knowledge for process optimization and problem-solving.
- Conduct Why-Why Analysis and root cause analysis for process and quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety norms, and quality protocols.
- Strong understanding of machining and manufacturing processes
- Proficient in drawing reading and interpretation
- Hands-on experience with process documentation and control plans
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools like Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, etc.
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
