- Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets (calls, meetings, site visits, closures)
- Understand client needs and suggest relevant property options
- Manage a strong pipeline of potential clients through outreach activities
- Deliver exceptional client experience from first contact to post-sale
- Foster strong, long-term client relationships to drive referrals and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue goals
- 3 to 7 years of field sales experience in real estate (mandatory)
- Bachelor�s or Master�s degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
