A Research and Development (R&D) Manager resposible for oversees and manages the development of new products or the improvement of existing ones, ensuring they align with company strategy, budget, and timelines. They lead teams of engineers and scientists, drive innovation, and ensure the company remains competitive. Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning:Developing and implementing research and development strategies that align with overall company goals.
  • Team Leadership:Managing and mentoring a team of engineers and scientists, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Project Management:Overseeing research and development projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Innovation and Development:Identifying and pursuing new product opportunities, designing and developing new technologies and products, and improving existing ones.
  • Technical Expertise:Providing technical guidance and support to the R&D team, ensuring that projects are technically sound.
  • Testing and Evaluation:Planning and executing testing and evaluation of new products and technologies to ensure they meet performance requirements.
  • Collaboration:Working with other departments within the company, such as marketing, sales, and manufacturing, to ensure smooth product development and launch.
  • Budget Management:Managing the R&D budget and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
  • Compliance:Ensuring that all research and development activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Competitive Analysis:Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Required Exprience: We are looking for a candidate who have 5 to 6 years of exprience in Reseasrch and development manager .
  • Engineering Degree: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is typically required.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles and practices.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience in managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and present technical information clearly.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve complex technical problems.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant industry trends and standards.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in research and development, with increasing levels of responsibility.
