As a
Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth by executing strategic marketing initiatives and managing sales activities. The role demands excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills to build strong client relationships and guide the sales team effectively.- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet business targets
- Manage client communications, build strong customer relationships, and ensure high service levels
- Organize promotional activities, sales events, and exhibitions
- Train and mentor new and existing sales staff
- Track market trends and analyze competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to brand positioning and support the launch of new furniture designs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Ability to train, supervise, and motivate sales teams
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and tools
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
- Experience in the furniture industry is a plus
- Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
