- Technical Consultation: Act as a technical resource for customers, providing detailed information about our construction equipment, specifications, and applications.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver effective solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform sales strategies.
- Training and Education: Provide training and support to customers on equipment use, maintenance, and best practices.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback on products and services, relaying insights to the product development team to inform future offerings.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure customer specifications and requirements are met.
- Education: Bachelor�s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a related role, preferably in the construction equipment or heavy machinery sector.
- Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of construction equipment and machinery.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and competitive landscape is a plus.
