Sales Engineer to join our team in Pune, responsible for driving sales across the North India region. If you’re passionate about technology, customer relationships, and solution-based selling, this is the opportunity for you!- Manage and grow customer relationships in the assigned sales region.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and industry events.
- Provide market intelligence and monthly updates to the Sales Manager.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
- Handle customer queries and resolve technical issues pre- and post-sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets in specific market segments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/Electrical or related field).
- MBA in International Business/Marketing is a plus.
- 3�5 years of international sales experience in capital machines or wire harness industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong customer orientation, resilience, and a team-player mindset.
