Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, following up with leads, and closing deals for various residential and commercial properties in Dubai. A successful candidate must possess strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a solid background in real estate sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
  • Schedule property viewings and provide detailed information about listings.
  • Maintain and update the client database with accurate and timely information.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up with clients post-viewing and guide them through the decision-making process.
  • Work closely with the marketing and listings teams to promote properties.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor offerings in Dubai.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales or tele-sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to convert leads into closed deals.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls.
  • Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations is an advantage.
  • Presentable and professional with a customer-first approach.
