Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive sales of salon cosmetics, beauty equipment, and accessories across Ernakulam city.
  • Identify and onboard new beauty salons, spas and clinics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide product demonstrations and explain features/benefits clearly.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and collection goals.
  • Maintain records of daily visits, inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with backend team for timely deliveries and client satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in B2B or FMCG sales (preferably in beauty, salon, or cosmetics sector). Freshers can also apply.
  • Aggressive sales mindset with hunger for targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Own two-wheeler is a must (petrol allowance provided).
  • Should be familiar with local areas in and around Ernakulam city.
  • Basic tech skills � WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Email follow-ups, etc.
  • Minimum Qualification: +2 / Degree
  • Language: Malayalam (mandatory), English/Hindi is a plus.
