Duties & Responsibilities


  • Target Market & Lead Generation: Focus on B2B customers in the construction sector�contractors, builders, developers, architects, and material suppliers. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms, and participation in trade shows and industry events.
  • Product Knowledge & Communication: Gain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and applications. Clearly communicate these to clients, addressing technical queries and positioning ready-mix plaster as a superior alternative to traditional methods.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Maintain regular follow-ups and provide after-sales support to strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Execution: Deliver impactful presentations and demos to highlight benefits like ease of application, time and labor savings, quality consistency, and cost efficiency. Prepare accurate proposals, negotiate effectively, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Preferably use their databases and the assisted leads provided by the company for lead generation and sales conversion. Bring in high potential customers ,projects .,
