CTC: Up to ₹60,000/month

Timings: 10am to 7pm

We are seeking a result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in Life and Health Insurance who can also lead and manage a team of sales executives. This is a dual-role that blends leadership and hands-on sales execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Own and achieve sales targets across Life & Health Insurance verticals.

Manage, mentor, and monitor a team of sales executives to ensure high productivity and consistent performance.

Provide hands-on support during client meetings, sales pitches, and deal closures.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on individual and team achievements.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to deliver client solutions seamlessly.

Drive continuous training, motivation, motivation, and upskilling initiatives to build a high-performing sales team.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Life and Health Insurance sales, with at least 1 year in a team management role.

Proven ability to drive sales performance, meet targets, and manage pipelines effectively.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide, and motivate team members.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Resides on the Mumbai Central Line (preferred for easier commute).

Exposure to digital health or insurtech platforms is a strong advantage.
