We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Sales Executive to manage and support key clients and high-value accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end coordination with internal departments and external customers, ensuring smooth order processing, timely invoicing, and effective resolution of post-sales issues. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and coordination skills, as well as the ability to handle a large portfolio efficiently.Act as the single point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely communication, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Follow up on pending orders daily by liaising with the
Local Purchase teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Responsible for preparing and processing daily invoices; coordinate invoice receipts and assist the Recovery Team in timely collection of payments.
Handle customer queries and grievances related to deliveries, returns, product issues, system errors, and brand-related concerns. Ensure timely resolution in coordination with relevant departments.
Ensure proper follow-up and closure of service requests, feedback, and complaints from clients to build long-term relationships.
