Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Sales Executive to manage and support key clients and high-value accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end coordination with internal departments and external customers, ensuring smooth order processing, timely invoicing, and effective resolution of post-sales issues. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and coordination skills, as well as the ability to handle a large portfolio efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Coordination:


Act as the single point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely communication, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.


  • Order & Inventory Coordination:


Follow up on pending orders daily by liaising with the

Local Purchase teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.


  • Invoicing & Payment Recovery:


Responsible for preparing and processing daily invoices; coordinate invoice receipts and assist the Recovery Team in timely collection of payments.


  • Customer Support & Service:


Handle customer queries and grievances related to deliveries, returns, product issues, system errors, and brand-related concerns. Ensure timely resolution in coordination with relevant departments.


  • After-Sales Service:


Ensure proper follow-up and closure of service requests, feedback, and complaints from clients to build long-term relationships.


  • ensure timely upload and accuracy of data in SAP.


Key Skills and Competencies:


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, SAP, and order management systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks under pressure
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of logistics and warehouse coordination is an added advantage


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor�s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
  • Minimum 3�5 years of experience in Sales Operations.
  • Prior experience in handling HoReCa clients is preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
