As a Sales Representative, your responsibility is to
drive primary and secondary sales of biodegradable film and mould-based products across grocers, retailers, food service outlets, and farm retailers. You will be on the field daily, building routes, expanding reach, and pushing volumes—like any traditional FMCG model, but with a new-age, sustainable product.- Visit 30�40 outlets/day across mapped route
- Take and close orders from retailers, grocers, cafés, tiffin centres, clinics, showrooms, etc.
- Introduce new biodegradable product SKUs and promote eco-shift
- Ensure visible product placement and MRP integrity
- Coordinate with distributor for order fulfilment and payment collection
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activity
- Meet weekly volume and outlet coverage targets
- High energy, street-smart, disciplined, hungry for incentives
- Sales experience in FMCG / packaged goods / household utility preferred
- Education: No rigid criteria � right attitude matters
- Salary: Rs. 10,000 � 12,000 fixed per month plus high incentives
