As a Lead / Senior Experience Designer at Chubb, you will lead the full spectrum of product design activities, focusing on creating exceptional user experiences that solve customer problems. This role involves integrating user experience and creative design to enhance the usability and design of Chubb’s digital solutions. You will guide user-centered methodologies from strategy, research, design, to user testing, ensuring intuitive and effective digital solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business units, product owners, technology, brand, and marketing, to redefine Chubb's digital experience.
