A. Develop and execute near-term and long-term strategies to expand Medtronic’s leadership in NSE.
B. Identify white spaces, new markets, partnerships, and innovative business models to unlock growth.
C. Drive Go-To-Market strategies for Tier 3/4 and Government segments, ensuring market penetration.
A. Manage a portfolio of strategic programs with significant cross-functional and organizational impact.
B. Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and economic analyses to guide leadership decisions.
C. Build compelling business cases and financial models to secure investments and approvals.
A. Act as a critical liaison between Business Units, Therapy & Education, Marketing, and senior leadership.
B. Prepare insights, recommendations, and strategy reviews for India and International leadership forums.
C. Align resources, processes, and priorities with overarching business goals.
A. Track initiatives, measure outcomes, and resolve complex problems affecting multiple workstreams.
B. Ensure seamless execution of business development projects through collaboration and influence across functions.
Turns the department strategy into a commercial reality by developing, communicating and implementing business plans to achieve business results .
Receives assignments in objective oriented terms; has latitude to reinterpret objectives.

Required B.tech/B.pharma/B.sc/BCA graduate with 12-16 Years of experience.
