Installation/Breakdown/Preventive Maintenance/Revenue Generation of Medical Equipment
A Field Service Engineer is responsible for performing service and
installation of medical equipment in hospitals, medical clinics, and other healthcare facilities. This includes troubleshooting and repairing medical devices, performing preventative maintenance, and providing technical support to customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, in-depth knowledge of medical equipment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Medical equipment
Conduct on-site training for medical staff on the use of medical equipment
Provide technical support to medical personnel
Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of medical equipment
Document service activities and maintain customer records
iv. Ability to accurately troubleshoot and repair medical equipment
v. Excellent communication and customer service skills
vi. Flexibility to travel and work autonomously
vii. Knowledge of medical device regulatory standards and processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
